As an Engineering Manager, you are a key player on the Web Applications team—managing and mentoring senior and lead engineers and owning overall team growth and development. You help ensure the quality of team deliverables, success, and profitability and manage team resourcing and utilization. In addition to your management responsibilities, you develop apps that embody Fueled's commitment to building exceptional products while working collaboratively with highly skilled and passionate team members across the globe. Under the guidance and direction of your manager and continued mentorship from our lead and principal engineers, you will have the opportunity to continuously expand your personal and professional skills. You will also help advance the continued growth of the Web team by suggesting best practices and evaluating available frameworks and toolchains that help establish the technical direction for the web development practices.
